Here’s how to upgrade your thermostat:
(Standard or Touchscreen only, WIFI cannot be upgraded)

  1. Purchase a Heatwave kit with the standard or touchscreen thermostat from Amazon.com, Tilewarming.com or Radiantshop.com.
  2. Remove your floor sensor from your current thermostat.
  4. Return* the thermostat (minus the floor sensor) with all packaging. Please include Amazon, Tilewarming, or RadiantShop Order ID Number, phone number and email address! Return address is:

    *Return shipping cost to the customer is estimated to be approximately $8.00 via USPS first class mail.

     

  5. Once we receive your old thermostat, we will credit you back the following amount: $125.00 For Standard Programmable thermostats and $170.00 for touchscreen thermostats. (WIFI thermostats cannot be upgraded.)
  6. Install your new touch-screen thermostat and enjoy!
